Common questions

How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us at support@faroapplications.com with a description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. We read every message.
How do I delete my account and data?
From inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. We honor deletion requests within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll handle it manually.
How do I request a copy of my data (GDPR Article 15)?
Email privacy@faroapplications.com from the address tied to your account. We'll send you a structured export within 30 days at no cost.
Where is my data stored?
All user data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Health data from Hunter Reborn never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to sync. Storyforge prompts and generated assets are stored in our EU-region storage bucket.
Do you have a TestFlight or beta program?
Hunter Reborn opens TestFlight in Q3 2026 and Storyforge opens a closed web beta in Q3 2026. Sign up on the product pages to get invited.
Are you hiring?
Not at the moment — FARO is a small studio and we're keeping the team tight while both products are still in development. We may open contract work for design and Lithuanian-localized copy. Reach out if that's you.
