My generation job has been running for a long time.+

Storyboard jobs typically finish in 30–90 seconds. If a job sits at the same step for more than 10 minutes, our backend sweeper will mark it as failed automatically — refresh the page and try again. If failures repeat, email us with the job ID (visible in the URL).

Images failed to generate but text completed.+

Each image call has a 90-second timeout; failures leave that slide's image empty so the storyboard is still usable. You can re-generate any single slide's image from the editor — no need to re-run the whole job.

Who owns the content I generate?+

You do. We grant ourselves only the non-exclusive licence required to host and process your projects — see our Terms of Service §6. You're responsible for ensuring generated content doesn't infringe third-party rights (see §4.1).

What models does Storyforge use?+

Storyforge runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI — currently Gemini for storyboarding and Nano Banana for image generation. The active model is shown in the sidebar “Models” panel inside the app. Anthropic Claude is supported when enabled in Vertex Model Garden.

I want to delete my account and all generated assets.+

Open Settings → Delete account inside Storyforge. Your prompts, generated images, and storyboards are removed from our Supabase storage bucket within 30 days. Alternatively, email privacy@faroapplications.com.

How do I request a copy of my data?+

Email privacy@faroapplications.com from your account email. We send a structured export within 30 days at no charge, per GDPR Article 20.

Can I post Storyforge content directly to TikTok / Reels?+

Direct posting is not enabled yet — for now, export the carousel or video and upload from your phone. We're evaluating official TikTok and Meta integrations once both platforms approve FARO Applications as a developer.
