- Open Settings → Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) and confirm Hunter Reborn has read access to Sleep, Steps, Resting Heart Rate, and Heart Rate Variability. Pull-to-refresh on the Profile screen forces a re-sync. If the HLT pillar still shows empty after 5 minutes, email us with your device model and OS version.
- The system uses soft gates: a single dominant pillar can't carry you to S-rank. To climb above A you need balanced scores across STR, END, GRD, and INT, and recent HLT data. See the rank methodology on our Hunter Reborn page.
- Go to Profile → Recovery Mode and toggle it on. Your streak is preserved and resumes automatically the next time you log a workout. There's no penalty for using Recovery Mode.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email us from the address tied to your account.
- Email privacy@faroapplications.com from your account email. We'll send a structured JSON export within 30 days, free of charge — required by GDPR Article 20.
- Force-quit the app and re-open. If the issue persists, reinstall the app (your data is server-side and will sync back). If the problem still happens, email support@faroapplications.com with the device model, OS version, and the steps that triggered the crash.
